The NEFFL runs and facilitates flag football program in across New England. We offer recreational and competitive flag football for boys and girls aged between 3-15 (15-18 Spring/ Winter 7 v 7 High School Division) in all the towns and cities on our website. Players are organized into teams based on age groups, schools, friend requests (when possible) and number of seasons played.

The New England Flag football league for boys and girls ages 3-15, the program provides young players a fun and exciting opportunity to engage in non-contact, continuous action while learning lessons in teamwork.

The goal of the NEFFL is for everyone to play, teams are typically small with between 5-10 players, which gives every player a chance to be an important part of the team. Our focus is on making sure everyone is having fun while
learning the basics of the game, teamwork, and important lessons in sportsmanship.

Each player will receive a  jersey and flag football belt, football for the team, certificate of excellence, trophies for finalists, and a minimum of 7 weeks of flag football games and practices.

Each team will hold one practice per week or more if the team agrees on it, practices are typically right before the game each week. The NEFFL runs 4 seasons a year, Spring (April-June) Summer (July-August) Fall (Sept-Nov), and Winter (Jan-Mar).
